I have a another rehab project to share with you. I knew what I am going to name it the moment I stepped inside. Heavy smoke odor. Walls, ceilings, trim, windows … everything yellow and sticky.
Classic ranch with a walkout basement. Everything old and pretty much original. Just the way I like it.
