Here is the Red Sink House after the extensive rehab. It came out really spectacular.
Nice stately colonial with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath and 2,000 sq.ft. As I mentioned in the previous post it needed a lot of attention inside and out.
The red sink was replaced by a double granite vanity. Kitchen was redone and now features granite counters, tumbled marble backsplash and stainless steel applainces. The roof is new 30 year architectural, windows are all new Enertgy Star rated. We also fenced in the entire property, painted and did minor repairs on the pool. Installed remote controlled gas fireplace.

There you have it, another beautiful transformation accomplished.
Russ, you did a great job on this property. It looks great, all the details come together beautifully.
I hope you saved that red bathroom sink for me. I’ve just got to have it! It’s so like me FRENCH.
Your site is clean concise and to the point. I really like it.
I hope to see you tonight in Cromwell.
Best regards
Bert St Pierre
Bert, thanks. I am glad you like the blog. I didn’t save the sink … I thought you like purple 🙂 I’ll save the next one for you. See you tonight!
