The Closet House – Part 2 (After)

Another exquisite transformation completed. Ok, I may be biased 🙂

This 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath ranch is stunning. Master Bedroom has its own half bath and a walk-in closet. Kitchen is impeccable with granite countertops and top of the line stainless steel applainces. New hardwood floors thru-out, new energy efficient windows, new crown molding etc. The whole house is fresh & crisp.

Notice I decided to stage the house this time. I read an interesting article about how most people do not have the space vision. The statistic actually said that 85% of people aren’t able to imagine what the interior could look like when furnished. That is a pretty big number. Combine that with the fact that market is still very slow. So I decided to act on it. Instead of presenting an empty house, I staged it. To give potential buyers a visual of how the space could be used with furniture.

I staged every room in the house except for one bedroom. Please let me know what you think. I look forward to your feedback.
