The Closet House (Part 1)

We’ve been working on this house for couple of weeks now and are about half way done. I realized I didn’t post any pictures yet.

It’s a ranch, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, good size-eat in kitchen, attached 1 car garage and a full basement. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to school.

We’re doing the “standard update” – kitchen, baths, windows, floors, plumbing updates, electrical updates, … There was some termite damage in the area under the kitchen, so that was removed and re-framed. Also, we are reconfiguring almost all the closets in the house. Hence The Closet House. Sizes and locations of closets will be modified. We are also adding a linen closet to the main bath (there was none), and the master bedroom will now have a large walk-in closet.
