The Black Bear House – Part 2 (After)

The house is finished and sold. It came out spectacular. I am very pleased with this one. Finished it almost on time, didn’t go over the budget. Really nice project.

All the neighbors were very happy as well. Right after we cut and trimmed the trees, eliminated all the brush and cleaned up the debris and pine needles, they all stopped by to thank us.

The black bear didn’t pay us another visit, but we had some big footprints in the back and the neighbor was convinced it was a moutain lion. I am not an expert so I took his word for it 🙂

Back to the house. Becasue this house is in a higher price point, we used upgraded materials and did some “custom” finishing touches. Especialy in the Master Bath – custom tile work, frameless glass door w/stationary panel, …

We opened up the kitchen and put in an island with pendants over it. Used 16″ tiles in the kitchen to the foyer. And also used oil-rubber bronze fixtures in baths. They seem a little classier than brushed nickel.

Anyway, check it out yourself and let me know what you think. Here are the after pictures:
