One morning, about a week after I bought this house, the neighbor told me that I had “an overnight visitor”. I am immediately thinking – Oh no, someone broke in and stole the tools or something. Then neighbor continues: ” You had a 300lb. black bear walking around your house, checking out the backyard, then the front, …”
So, I am glad there was no theft, but also I am thinking – I don’t want to be at this house after dark 🙂
On another note, can a local black bear be a selling feature? Probably not.
So anyway, this is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch with 2 car garage and a large screened in porch on a nice street. It needs pretty much everything except for a roof and windows. The exterior will get a new viny siding and a fresh coat of stain on the screened in porch. Interior will get a usual treatment – new kitchen, baths, floors, paint, crown molding, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures. It also had an issue with the septic system. But that is already fixed.
